With all other products on the market, you must be in your attic, close the stairway door, then dangerously pull out the spring to make the adjustment. The molded handrail and eased-edge stiles enhance the appearance and add the finishing touches to this superior pull-down stair product.

  • 1" x 4" temporary support slats (2 pieces approx. 32" long)*
  • 1/4" or 3/8" plywood for shims*
